我每天七点起床．起床后先十分钟淋浴．洗淋浴后我只喝一杯咖啡．我差一刻八点坐公共汽车去上班．我每天从早上九点到下午两点工作．差不多十点半我和一些同事一起去酒吧吃早饭．我平时吃一个三明治或者一个苹果．再喝一杯咖啡．我们一边吃早饭一边聊天．半个小时以后我们回办公室工作．我中午两点下班，然后我回家吃午饭．我吃午饭的时候看电视．午饭后我睡二十分钟午觉．每个星期一和星期三晚上六点我有中文课，坐一线地铁去学校上课．上课以前在学校的图书馆复习中文．我晚上八点钟下课．下课后回家吃晚饭．下午没有课的时候，我午觉起来后有时候去买东西，有时候在家里上网．我差不多十二点半去睡觉．

Every day I get up at seven. After get up I first take ten minutes
shower. After taking a shower I only drink a cup of coffee. At seven forty-five
I take the bus to go work. Every day I work from nine in the morning until two
in the afternoon. Almost half past ten I and some colleagues go to the bar to
eat breakfast. I usually eat a sandwich or an apple. Then another cup of
coffee. We eat breakfast while chatting. Half an hour later we are back to the
office. I work until two o'clock, then I go home for lunch. I eat lunch while
watching TV. After lunch I sleep twenty minutes nap. Every Monday and Wednesday
at six pm I have Chinese lessons, I take subway line to go to school. Before
class in the school's library I review Chinese. Lessons ends at eight o'clock
at night. After class I come back to home to dinner. When I don't have lessons
in the afternoon, sometimes I go to buy things after the nap, sometimes I stay
at home using internet. I go to sleep almost half past twelve.
